Capital was wonderful yesterday. My daughter and I went in to get a new SUV and got exactly what we wanted. We knew what kind of SUV we want and Deepak Kakadia made sure we got it. The hardest decision we had to make was what colour we wanted to buy. The entire team was very friendly and professional from the time we walked in to the time I drove away in the new SUV. Deepak walked me through everything on the vehicle and Fern Allary made sure I knew all the financing options and made the correct decisions for my situations. Hello i have had my cadillac with issues and the service department found the problem and fixed it at their first attempt.the service manager explained to me exactly what the problem was with suv...i appreciated the service ,they also washed my suv,they had the seat covered and the floor rug covered,very clean, I was also invited to have a coffee while waiting, very friendly staff also, this means a lot to me....
