We searched Capital GMC Buick Cadillac’s website for a new vehicle and booked a test drive. We immediately received a text confirmation of the appointment from Jashan Jhinjar, in Sales. We ended up having to reschedule a few times which he pleasantly accommodated. He was fully dedicated to showing us the vehicles we were interested in, explaining the features, and joining us during the test drives. We were very impressed with his commitment to make our shopping experience enjoyable. At no time did we feel rushed. We ended up purchasing a 2026 Buick Envision ST.

I brought my 2024 Equinox to Capital on June 22nd after being told by Wheaton to go elsewhere for service. (originally my car died on the highway on June 14th) Engine light was on, I was able to bring it in and they had a loaner vehicle available before diagnosing the issue first which was amazing! I had the pleasure of having Kevin as my advisor who was nothing short of awesome. He is very personable and knew his job inside and out. He called me to let me know what was wrong with the vehicle and provided details of when it would be fixed. Customer service seems to be nonexistent lately and I appreciate that it still exists here, thank you Capital!
